Let’s be honest—this year has been a lot. And if you’ve said a few four-letter words along the way…you’re in excellent company.
 
This Roundtable is your safe, slightly unfiltered space to let it out. Bring your frustrations, your “are we serious right now?” moments, and the stories that only a room full of financial aid pros could truly appreciate. There will be nodding. There may be laughing. There will absolutely be solidarity.
 
Once we’ve collectively exhaled, we’ll pivot toward what’s keeping us going. What’s actually helping right now? How are teams keeping morale afloat? What small-but-mighty tactics are preventing full-on burnout as we gear up for yet another academic year? No slides. No pretending everything’s fine. Just real talk, shared survival strategies, and a reminder that somehow, we always make it through.
 
Come for the catharsis, stay for the ideas—and leave feeling at least 12% more human again!
