Get a preview of what’s in store at the Fargo conference, hear about featured sessions and events, and learn practical strategies for navigating the conference, networking with confidence, and making the most of your attendance. Whether you're an introvert, extrovert, or somewhere in between, you'll leave with tips for building connections and engaging in ways that feel authentic to you.
 
We'll also explore how volunteer involvement can accelerate professional development, expand your network, and create new leadership opportunities. The session will feature a candid roundtable discussion with financial aid leaders who have served at the institutional, state, regional, and national levels. Panelists Joe Donlay (Director of Financial Aid at Colorado State University), Brenda Hicks (Director of Financial Aid at Southwestern College in Winfield, KS), and James Broscheit (Financial Aid Director at Montana State University in Bozeman, MT) along with representatives from the RMASFAA Training and Conference Committees, will share their experiences, lessons learned, and insights into how saying "yes" to volunteer opportunities shaped their careers and professional networks.
